IGNOU Re-Evaluation Result December 2023?
The Indira Gandhi National Open University has published result for December 2023 session for all UG and PG courses. After seeing result, few are happy and satisfied with their term end result while few are unsatisfied with their result. Students who are not satisfied, can apply and fill revaluation form for the cycle December 2023 if they have low marks or failed in any subject or course.
Be remember that students can request for re-evaluation with in one month of declaration of result.
For December term end examination, interested students can apply for revaluation before 31st March while for June term-end examination, last date is 30th September for the current year. Be consider that students can fill Re-evaluation only for term end theory exams and it’s not valid for Practicals / Lab Courses, Work-shops, Assignments and Project/Dissertation etc.
Ignou Re-evaluation application form is available online. Students need to download revaluation form for December 2023 and fill as per guidelines mentioned in the application form.
How we can apply for Re-evaluation Result December 2023?
After declaring term end result, students can apply for re-evaluation with in 30 days for all offered courses. As per Ignou website, the last date of apply for revaluation will be calculated from the date on which term end result(s) are placed on the Ignou official website.
Students who are not happy and so confident that they have written a good term end exam. Those students can easily apply for revaluation of their answer scripts by downloading the soft copy of the revaluation form by visiting the university official website or it can also be cut from Student Handbook and Prospectus 2024-25.
Students need to fill application form correctly with Rules and Regulation and send it with required prescribed fee in the form of Demand Draft to the Evaluation Centre.
The prescribed re-evaluation application form should be enclosed within the envelope. On the top of the envelope containing the prescribed application form, Please mention ‘APPLICATION FORM FOR RE-EVALUATION OF ANSWER SCRIPTS’

Which Scores will be accepted after Re-evaluation Result December 2023?
As per Ignou guidelines, After re-evaluation, the better of the two scores of original marks / grade and marks/ grade after revaluation will be considered. The revised marks/grade after re-evaluation will be communicated to the student on receipt of revaluation result and will be available on www.ignou.ac.in.
About Ignou RE-Evaluation Form Fee
The fee for Re-evaluation of answer script is Rs. 750/- per course which need to be pay through demand draft which is drawn in favour of ‘IGNOU’ & payable at the City of Evaluation Centre. The revaluation fees in the form of Cash will not be accepted. For example : If any student want to apply for revaluation for 3 Courses, need to make a demand draft of Rs 2250/- (Rs 750 x 3 ) and send it along with application form.
Students who are not satisfied with their December 2023 term end result, can fill re-evaluation application form for December 2023 cycle. Students can apply for revaluation for Under-Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma and other courses. Enrolled students who have applied for the re-checking of answer sheets will be able to check Ignou Revaluation Result December 2023 with in 2 months after the last date of filling of re-checking application form.
The re-evaluation result December 2023 is usually declared by the university within 2 months but it may take more time. The hard copy of IGNOU Result / Grade Card is also sent to the student after the declaration of revaluation result.
About Ignou Supplementary Exam Form?
Students who have appeared for revaluation exam and did not get passing marks can appear in supplementary examination. For that, students need to fill up supplementary application form to be appear in December 2023 term end examination. The exam form fees can be fill online from 1st October 2023 to be appear for December 2023 term-end exams. The date sheet and hall ticket of Ignou supplementary examination can be checked online by visiting the university official website.
